  • What are your fees?

I offer 50-minute sessions at $185 per session, or 75-minute sessions at $275 per session. Reduced-fee sessions may be available upon request. Please contact me for further information.

*Please note: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.   • What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards and electronic forms of payment are accepted.

  • Do you take insurance?

No, I am not an in-network provider with any insurance panels. I can provide you a monthly itemized statement to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement. Below are some questions to help you understand your benefits when speaking with your insurance carrier:

-What are my mental health benefits?

-Do I have out of network benefits?

-Do I have a copay?

-What is my deductible before sessions are covered?

-What is your reimbursement rate for out-of-network procedure code 90834? (this is the code used for 50-minute sessions)

  • What's your cancellation policy?

At least 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, otherwise the full session fee will be charged.

  • How often do we meet?​​

Therapy is generally most effective when done on a weekly basis because it allows for consistency and deeper work to take place. This is especially important in the beginning of therapy when we are establishing a therapeutic relationship, completing an initial assessment, and building a sense of momentum towards your therapeutic goals. As the process continues and you make progress, we can talk together to determine if meeting less frequently seems appropriate.

  • How long does therapy last?​​

The duration of therapy depends on several factors, such as the issues you're addressing in therapy, your commitment to doing work and making changes between sessions, and your intentions for therapy. I often work with clients seeking more in-depth exploration and personal growth, and I am also happy to provide more short-term support.​​​​​

  • Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are available online for all California residents using a HIPAA-compliant video platform, as well as in-person at 15810 Los Gatos Blvd, Los Gatos CA 95032.​​​​
